This villa is located in Zaton Veliki, small and quiet place, only 8 km from the center of Dubrovnik. Since the villa is not located downtown, but in a suburb of Dubrovnik city in solitude, provides guests privacy and intimacy necessary for a perfect holiday.
At the same time it’s fast connected to the Old City and all the amenities. Beach, supermarket and restaurant are on walking distance from the house.
A beautiful natural environment around the house along olive groves and a large garden in the environment and a direct view to the sea creates an oasis of peace and pleasant atmosphere for a perfect family or friendly holiday. In addition to the spaciousness and comfort of the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with sea views and a fireplace along which there is the sitting set where you can enjoy a barbecue and socializing in the summer evenings.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom, a large kitchen which is fully equipped, spacious living room and dining room with a direct access to a large terrace with sitting. The terrace is connected by stairs with a beautiful large garden and private swimming pool which is surrounded by deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are with double beds and one with two single beds. Also, there are two bathrooms and a living room, dining room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace with a beautiful view on of the landscape, Elaphite islands and crystal Adriatic sea.
The villa has private parking for four cars, and the entire property is fenced and has a separate entrance which protects the privacy and security of all guests.
