VILLA CAVTAT

In seaside town Cavtat, our villa offers you hidden oasis from where you can enjoy in spectacular sea
view and in most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.
Outside area spreads on over 700 square meters and offers beautiful gardens, covered terraces, outside
kitchen with barbecue. There is lot of dinning area and lounge furniture on terraces, so that you can
enjoy in shade during the day or in pleasant summer evenings.
On ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and living room. There is also one toilet.
First floor is consisted of three bedrooms. Each bedroom has double bed, air condition, TV and private
bathroom. From each bedroom you can get out to the balcony and enjoy in your morning coffee.
On second floor you will find gym, small kitchenette and master bedroom, with private terrace and
bathroom with whirpool tub and shower.
On ground floor there is one apartment which has separate entrance and it has its own kitchen, dinning
area and living room. On upper floor of this apartment there is bedroom with double bed and
bathroom.
Villa is air conditioned, has SAT TV, Wi-Fi, private parking spaces and everything you need for your
perfect vacation.

Cavtat is small seaside town with beautiful beaches, lot of restaurants and bars. There are supermarkets,
market, pharmacy, hairdressers, souvenir shops..
It is easy to go to Dubrovnik since it is good connected by buses and by boats, so you can visit it every
day.
Still, you can avoid crowd and enjoy your vacation in peaceful Cavtat.
